“A Dozen Things About Employment Law You Have Completely Wrong”

Michael J. Torchia, Esq. will present this session focusing on issues that employers think they know about employment law and human resources, but often misunderstand. Rather than a discussion about statutes and cases, Mike will focus on practical advice and real world situations that employers, managers and business owners are likely to encounter. He will cover a variety of topics from hiring to firing and everything in between with the goal of reducing liability and expense for employers of all sizes. Time permitting, there will also be a Q&A session.
